When you sign up with us, you can choose whether to receive emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not send unsolicited emails.

Intellectual Property Rights & Governing Law

All intellectual property on this website—including trademarks, graphics, images, copyright, layout, and design—is owned by Lavenza or our content providers.

Any disputes concerning Lavenza will be governed by UK law and resolved through the UK court system.

Orders

If we anticipate delays beyond the expected shipping time or if a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Pricing

Product prices do not include shipping, which may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be displayed when you enter your address.

Promotional Codes

Lavenza Discount Codes (“the Code”)
- Codes are promotional offers providing discounts via our website, Instagram, affiliates, or influencers.
Terms of Use for Codes
- Codes may be amended or terminated at any time without notice.
- Codes cannot be combined with Express Shipping or other codes.
- Codes are valid for a single use per customer unless stated otherwise.
- Returns on items purchased with a code will have the code value deducted from the refund.
- Codes are valid for purchases over $100 and apply only to the Lavenza™ IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset.
- Lavenza reserves the right to void prohibited transactions.

Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

Your Information

Ensure your contact information is accurate. If using someone else’s information, you confirm you have their authorization. Account holders are responsible for maintaining password security. Contact us immediately if your account may have been compromised.

Important: Do not return packages before contacting us. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior communication.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Lavenza 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the IPL Hair Removal Handset. Other Lavenza products have a 12-month warranty (see Warranty below).

Warranty

Lavenza products are warranted for 12 months from receipt. This excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized servicing, or use with non-approved accessories.

Only defective IPL handsets are eligible for replacement. Customers are responsible for any shipping, customs, or duty charges.

Cancellations & Returns

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for a change of mind. Returns are accepted within 1 working day of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To return a product, contact help@Lavenza.co.uk for authorization. Use a delivery service with tracking; lost or damaged parcels will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process, with the amount refunded 1–3 working days after receipt.

All returns incur a $75 restocking fee.

If products are damaged on arrival or not as described, contact help@Luvenashop.com for replacement.

Note: Returns and cancellations apply only to the IPL Hair Removal Handset.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery will incur a $75 restocking fee plus any shipping charges. If the parcel is lost, damaged, or destroyed during return, no refund will be issued.

IPL Treatment

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) targets hair follicles using light converted to heat. Some users may experience temporary redness, swelling, or dark marks, which fade in a few days.

Use a moisturizer after treatment and high-SPF sunscreen outdoors. Consult your doctor if unsure about IPL. People with epilepsy should not use IPL products.

Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for customs, import duties, or taxes at their destination. These may cause delays. Check local regulations before ordering.
